Through advanced and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices, Laxcon embraces 100% scrap recycling, melting scrap into steel products that combine durability, performance and sustainability. Whether used in construction or manufacturing, our steel is engineered to withstand the test of time while helping customers reduce the environmental impact of their value chains.
As the steel industry remains one of the world's major sources of CO2 emissions, the transition towards greener production methods has become increasingly important. Green steel provides an effective solution by reducing dependence on virgin raw materials, lowering energy and resource consumption, and minimizing waste and emissions throughout the manufacturing process.
Our scrap-based production approach eliminates the need for conventional, carbon-intensive blast furnace and basic oxygen furnace routes. We continuously work to reduce our carbon footprint by optimizing the selection, quality and efficient use of raw-material inputs; improving energy and process efficiency; maximizing metal recovery; minimizing production waste; and increasing the use of recycled materials. These initiatives deliver lower-carbon steel products without compromising quality, strength or reliability.

Supporting Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad
We actively contribute to Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (BLSP), an organization that strives to provide education to children in tribal and rural regions. Through its Ekal Vidyalaya program, BLSP delivers primary education to underprivileged children, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge needed for a brighter future.
Laxcon Steels Limited has sponsored numerous Ekal schools across the states of Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh, extending the reach of education to even the most remote areas. It has been consistently contributing every year since the financial year (F.Y.) 2014-15.
