Job Description For QUALITY CONTROL -METALLURGIST
Location: Ahmedabad
Eligibility: Post Graduate / Graduate in Matallurgist having experience of at least 5 years from similar industry.
- Ensuring the quality inspection of incoming as well as outgoing materials.
- Ensuring final quality planning and inspection as per control process based on customer’s specification.
- Preparation and updation of all necessary reports as required by the customer.
- Preparing of CAPA against the quality complaint received from the customer and ensuring the implementation of the same.
- Analysis of inhouse rejection, customer complaints and find out the root cause of the problems.
- Preparation of inhouse inspection reports as per the control plan.
- Responsible for process audit and customer audit and maintaining records of the same.
- Supervision of preventive as well as breakdown maintenance.
- Performing / involve in metallography inspection of different grades for various customers.
- Successfully handled failure analysis, material characterization, root cause analysis & corrective & preventive measures.
