Location: Ghaziabad
Eligibility : Post Graduate / Graduate Metallurgist having at least 5 years of experience in similar industry.
- Control trials are conducted to evaluate action plans. Standard operating procedures are formulated based on the results of the trial in concurrence with production shops.
- QA/QC, QMS, Finishing Operation, Production Planning, Operations & Process Control, Heat Treatments Processes and Team Handling.
- Specialist in - Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel.
- Metallurgical Testing – Microscopic Evaluation for Inclusion Rating, Grain Size & Microstructure. Micro hardness Tester & Hardness Machines.
- Research & Developments, Develop new processes in melting shop, heat treatment, finishing and quality control operation.
- Handling customer complaints & to ensure CAPA with operation team.
- Liaising with third party, customers auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and establishing standards of service for customers or clients.
- Provided support to the operations department on up gradation of existing technology/process/quality and/or recommended new technology by submitting feasibility report as & when required.
